Dayle! How wonderful to hear from you! We missed you at the 2000 reunion and again at the Centennial Celebrations in 2007, although, I did try to catch up with you and several people asked after you. It was Don Barnes who gave me the heads-up about Zoomer. You may not remember him, as he came to the school as a young teacher when we were in our senior year.

A note aside: I will always remember a birthday gift you gave me when we were in elementary school. You said something close to this: "My mother told me that when you give a gift, give something from your heart." You gave me a little ballerina broach of your own which I cherished for many years. How touched I was at the time and it makes me feel good to know that I was able, finally, to give YOU a gift from the heart...a place of prominence on our little web site!

Take care, dear girl. I have followed your career, have read your book and look for more wonderful accomplishments. You do good work.

Love and a big hug,
Viv

Hi Jim,
Good to see that you're staying in touch with good ol' Mac! The only picture I could lay my hands on was from the 1965 Beacon; I'll send you a copy via your personal e-mail. Good luck with your search. Maybe posting on your class site will bring more to the surface.
Best regards,
Vivian Bruce

To whom it may concern

If this is about Dale , I am happy to see that she is doing so well and I have done well too and my family lived across the street from the Haddon family on Cambridge Road in Bai d'urfe , we were at #10.
I am glad that you are doing well but what I really need to know is when we were both at Macdonald High, I remember the Variety Show when the Beatles came out, what a show and you were hot in that show.Actually I beacame a drummer and got into a band , we used to play at the COOP, remember that?
I can't even remember the name of the band.
For what it is worth I now play in a Marching Drum Corps in Lindsay Ontario , play a drum , what else would I play eh? Especially at guess what? 61 years
old.
However , I was in the Cadet Corps at Mac and although my parents both passed away in 2004 they left me with no pics of my 4 years in the Corps and I know that I started as a cadet followed by Sgt then Sgt Major of the Corps.
Any way I have no pics of the Cadat Corps , do you know how to get some?
