The Association’s primary objective is to offer one annual award, to a Macdonald High graduate, in recognition of outstanding student leadership. From existing funds, that PEF oversees for the MHSAA, $500/year is withdrawn for the award; a souvenir memory book and a small brass plaque, engraved with the recipient’s name, are given with the award. In addition, and on your behalf, the school is offered small gifts when we see a need that fits well with our mandate. 

Monetary donations are what will keep the awards and gifts flowing.  

Volunteers are needed to help out with fundraisers and sit on the executive committee.  They are the backbone of The Association. 

The award we offer is for outstanding student volunteerism; it is fitting that the alumni lead by example.
