Post Spring 2012 - What's new
:D I wanted to try to spark some interest in the old web site and figured spring is a good time to start anew as it were. I have recently retired as a teacher although I am not in the freedom 55 range quite yet but (I worked in Calgary and I am not catholic) with the way things were going in my board I was either going to have to quit, get fired or have another heart attack so by mutual agreement, I resigned instead. Its kind of nice to sleep in, read a book, plan time on the weekend in advance, go for a walk, have a conversation, spend time on line or stop and 'smell' the flowers - although it is March in Alberta - honesty flowers are a little hard to find at this point in the calendar.

:?: So what's new in your part of the country? Spring is interesting, I understand that it was close to 23 in Windsor, On. and it snowed in Vancouver, BC yesterday - so much for the last day of winter. 8) So what's new?!
